The Day Bed
Yes, it’s not strictly a couch… or is it? That depends on how you use it. You can pile it up with pillows during the day and remove the pillows to make a perfectly serviceable bed at night. This piece is the most relaxed and casual of the styles here. Many holiday homes have day beds – usually facing outwards with a view towards the ocean.
